Ingredients:
2 cups guava, chopped (semi-ripe works best)
½ tsp pink salt
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp chaat masala
1–2 tsp powdered sugar (as per taste)
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
1–2 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Wash and chop guavas into bite-sized pieces.
Transfer them to a container or bowl with a lid.
Add pink salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and powdered sugar.
Add chopped mint leaves and lemon juice.
Close the lid tightly and shake well until everything is evenly coated.
Open, give a quick toss, and serve immediately.
Tips:
Use slightly firm guavas for the best texture.
Adjust spice and sugar based on your taste preference.
You can add a pinch of black pepper for an extra kick.
