MAKHANA RASMALAI MOUSSE

MAKHANA RASMALAI MOUSSE

Mousse is a dessert made with cream, eggs, and sugar that has been whipped with air to give it a light and airy texture. Mousse can be savory or sweet, though most often it’s on the sweeter side. Though depending on the preparation techniques, mousse can be light and fluffy to creamy and thick. Even though mousse typically contains cream, it’s not advisable to eat it often.

Here, I have prepared a healthy and protein-rich mousse that can be enjoyed guilt-free. It has no cream, no sugar, but still retains that creamy texture. I have added saffron, almonds, and cardamom to make this mousse rich in flavor. So, do try this healthy dessert for the upcoming festivities.
