Ingredients:

Method:

In a chilled bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Arrange mango slices neatly in the center.

Cover the mangoes with more whipped cream, ensuring there are no gaps.

Place another bread slice on top and gently press.

Wrap the sandwich tightly in cling film.
