ALMOND BUTTER BLISS BITES

These wholesome nut and seed ladoos are a perfect blend of taste and nutrition. Made with roasted almonds, cashews, makhana, and nutrient-rich seeds, these bites are naturally sweetened with jaggery and bound together with almond butter.
They are refined sugar-free, rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats—making them an ideal snack for busy days, post-workout cravings, or mid-day hunger pangs. The outer coating of sesame seeds adds a subtle crunch and enhances the overall flavor.

Makes: 10-12 bites
Ingredients
½ cup almonds
¼ cup cashews
1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
½ cup jaggery powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp cardamom powder
3–4 tbsp almond butter
3–4 tbsp white sesame seeds (for coating)
Method:
Dry roast almonds, cashews, and makhana on low flame until crisp and aromatic.
Lightly roast pumpkin and sunflower seeds separately.
Let everything cool completely. Grind into a coarse or fine powder as per your preference.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
Bind the Mixture
Add almond butter gradually and mix well until the mixture comes together and is easy to shape.
Take small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
Coat with Sesame Seeds
Roll each ladoo in white sesame seeds for extra crunch and flavor.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Tips:
Adjust jaggery based on sweetness preference.
You can add dates paste instead of jaggery.
Add cocoa powder for a chocolate twist.
Store in fridge in hot weather
