WATERMELON RIND PAKODA

Watermelon Rind Pakoda is a Delicious and Nutritious Snack.
Watermelon is a juicy and refreshing fruit, comprising 92% water and rich in vitamins A and C, potassium, and magnesium. While the pink flesh is the most commonly consumed part, the rind is often discarded due to its perceived lack of taste. However, the white rind is not only edible but also packed with nutrients and water.
Today, I’m excited to share a unique recipe that breathes new life into watermelon rinds: Watermelon Rind Pakoda!
