BISCUIT CHOCO ROLLCUTS

Chocolate and biscuits are not only kid’s choice but they are the choice of mostly all age groups. We prepare many dishes using these both irresistible food.
We all store cream of milk and then make ghee ( clarified butter )out of it. While preparing ghee, some milk residue is left – some throw it away and some use it in different recipes. Till now I used it in making sweets like Thabdi, Malai paak or used it in making bhakhri etc. But this time I have prepared delicious roll cuts using it and this idea I got from my fellow foodie. Yes, I have prepared with little changes and it turned out so nice.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4 persons

Ingredients:
1 cup milk residue ( kittu)(approximately)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
20 marie biscuits
1 cup milk

Method:

1. After preparing ghee, separate ghee and milk residue by straining.

2. Now in a pan , take milk residue, cocoa powder, sugar, milk and 5 marie biscuits (roughly crumbled).

3. Cook it on a slow flame till it turns to a lump-like mass. Let it be lukewarm.

4. Take 5 biscuits and grind it into powder and make small pieces of rest of biscuits.

5. Now add these pieces in lukewarm mixture and mix.

6. Prepare cylinder shaped rolls from this mixture. Roll it in the biscuit powder. Referigerate these rolls
For 2-3 hours.

7. Further cut it in a slices and relish.

Note:

1. You can use desiccated coconut, cocoa powder etc. to roll instead of biscuit powder.
