CHEESE BUTTER CORN

During the monsoon season, it’s not just bhajiyas that become popular—corn also sees a huge demand. People often visit roadside stalls specifically to enjoy corn. Alongside roasted and boiled corn, you now find corn served in various flavors and combinations.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 corn cobs

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

2 tablespoons grated cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon red chili flakes

1 teaspoon oregano

Method:

Remove the husk and silk from the corn, wash it thoroughly, and boil it in a pressure cooker with water and salt.

Once cooked, remove the kernels from the cob.

Add butter and mayonnaise to the kernels and microwave for 1 minute.

Mix in all the spices, lemon juice, and additional salt if needed. Add grated cheese and mix well.

Enjoy the delicious and cheesy butter corn!
