PAV BHAJI FONDUE

Fondue is basically a dish from Switzerland but now it’s fame is spread worldwide. Cheese & Chocolate fondue are popular but today we will see a fusion fondue to break monotony in food. Pav bhaji is a very popular dish in India. Today gave it a little twist & serve in fondue mode.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3 persons

Ingredients:

3 cup prepared bhaji
3 Buns
1/2 cup grated cheese
6 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend bhaji by adding water. Now add salt, red chilli powder & cook it on slow flame, stir occasionally.
  2. While it is cooking, prepare herb bread. Cut the buns in small pieces.
  3. Mix all herbs. Heat 4 tbsp butter, once it melts add mix herbs. Add it to bun pieces & toss well so that all the in pieces are covered with herbs properly.
  4. Once bhaji starts boiling, add butter & cheese & mix well. Cook for few minutes so that cheese & butter incorporated well. Spare little cheese for garnish.
  5. Transfer bhaji to fondue pot at the time of serving. Garnish with cheese and onions, serve with herb bread.
