This delicious Chaat is prepared from puffed rice, besan sev, puri, various chutneys, onions, potatoes etc. This crunchy snack is also known as bombay bhel, chowpaty bhel or beach snack as it is majorly available at various beaches of Mumbai.
Bhel is available and can be prepared by various processes as per place and choice. In Kolkata, it’s known as Jhal muri and in Karnataka it’s known as Churumuri.
