CUCUMBER CAPSICUM RAITA

When scorching heat irritates us, we crave for something cool every now & then. We must include Raita or any curd preparation in our meals. This easy & quick raita is liked by everyone.

Ingredients:
2 cup fresh curd
1 cucumber
1 small capsicum
1 onion
Salt & pepper to taste.

Method:
1. Peel & chop cucumber & onions. Chop capsicum too.

2. Now in bowl add chopped vegetables, salt & pepper. Mix well.
3. Now add whipped curd , mix & chill.

4. Served chilled.

Note:
1. Can add green chillies & coriander.
