METHI NIMKI/ FENUGREEK STICKS

Fried snacks are part of our daily routine. Weather it can be consumed with tea or it can be consumed as it is, when hungry between meals. Here are yummy sticks with fresh fenugreek leaves.

Ingredients:
2 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Sprinkle mix:
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp black salt
Oil for frying

Method:
1. Knead medium dough with water by adding salt,oil, fenugreek leaves in flour.

2. Divide kneaded dough in lemon size balls. Take one ball & roll thin rotis out of it.

3. Prick it with fork, cut it in stripes or your desired shape.

4. Now in pre heated oil,deep fry it till it becomes crispy, on medium heat.

5. Mix spices for sprinkle & sprinkle it over fried nimkis.

6. Once it cools down, store in air tight container.

Note:
1. You can use half wheat flour too.
