CHOCOLATE-CHILLI CORN

Corn & corn on cob are available in maximum parts of India. You can see lots of road side vendors, with various flavours of corn,specially in monsoon. Corn are popular street food in Mexico also. Here I tried some new combination in corn. Yes , chocolate with chillies. 🍫🌶️😋

Ingredients:
1 cup boiled corn kernels
2 tbsp chocolate sauce or syrup
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp grated cheese

Method:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except corn.

2. Mix well , add corn in it, mix properly.

3. Garnish with grated cheese & enjoy.

Note:
1. If you wish , use whole cob then apply chocolate mixture on it & enjoy.
