THANDAI BHAKHARVADI

My passion for food drives me towards new experiments. Though there is no success in every experiment. This experiment is not successful/ succeeded totally. Though taste & texture is awesome but while frying ghee become messy because thandai powder comes out of the bhakharwadi. Need some suggestions from fellow foodies,which I can try for my next batch.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp ghee
Sugar water for dough
3 tbsp thandai powder
Ghee for frying & applying
Method:
1. Add ghee in flour & mix with hand,now add sugar water & knead medium hard dough.

2. Take small ball out of prepared dough, roll roti out of it.
3. Apply ghee on roti, layer thandai powder on it.

4. From one end start rolling, roll tightly. Seal other end properly. Seal both sides of rolls too.
5. Now cut medium sized pieces from that roll, press all the pieces with hand .

6. Fry all bhakharvadis in preheated ghee on slow flame, till it becomes crispy.
7. Let it cool & store.

Note:
1. Can knead dough with plain water.
