Monaco Pakoda

Pokoda is favourite of all age groups. We are used to making various types of pakodas like potato, onion, chilli, methi, dal or what not? Today i am presenting pakoda with little twist..

Ingredients:
12 monaco biscuits
1/2 cup green chutney
1/4 cup garlic chutney
3 tbsp grated cheese
1/2 cup besan for pakoda batter
Oil for frying
Method:
1.Make thick batter of besan adding chilli powder, salt & asafoetida.
2.Take one biscuit & spread green chutney. Then spread garlic chutney. Spread little cheese on it. 3. Now put another biscuit over it. Now dip it in batter properly & deep fry it in preheated oil.
4. Serve hot.
Notes:
1. Add 1-2 tbsp hot oil in batter before making pakodas.
2. Can replace grated paneer to cheese.
