CHEESE STUFFED MANGO PAKODA

Ing:
1-2 ripe mangoes( hard)
# for stuffing
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp paneer
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
# for pakoda batter
1 cup gram flour( besan)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch asafoetida
Salt to taste.
# for sprinkle
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
Oil for frying

Method:
1. Choose a little hard ripe mango, so it is easier to slice. Peel & make slices from it.
2. Mix well all the stuffing ingredients.
3. Mix all sprinkle ingredients.
4. Mix all ingredients of batter & add water to make thick batter.
5. Now take two same sized slices of mango, put stuffing over one slice & then put another slice over it.
6. Now dip this stuffed mango slices in the batter carefully. Sprinkle masala mix over it & fry in hot oil from both sides.
7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
Notes:
1. Variations can be made in stuffing as per your taste.
