CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Chocolate desserts are favourite of all. Various chocolate desserts are prepared and consumed in all festivals or occasions.
Today prepared easy chocolate pudding. I have seen this recipe somewhere, while surfing the internet and I found it quick and easy, so tried it. It turned out good.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Setting time: 2-4 hours
Serves: 4 persons

Ingredients:
2 cup milk
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp gelatine/agar agar
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Few strawberries

Method:

1. Heat milk and add sugar, stir till sugar melts.
2. Further add cocoa powder and gelatine. Cook till everything is Incorporated well and becomes thick, while stirring continuously.
3. Lastly add chocolate chips and cook till it melts. Then turn off the heat.
4. Transfer this to moulds and let them cool. Once it cools, keep them in refrigerator to set for couple of hours.
5. Serve this with fresh strawberries.
