PINWHEEL SANDWICHES – BUTTER & JAM

Serves : 3ā4 people
Ingredients:
6 Bread slices
4 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Mixed fruit jam
Method:
Trim the edges of the bread slices.
Lightly roll each slice with a rolling pin to flatten.
Arrange 3 bread slices slightly overlapped.
Spread a thin, even layer of butter on the bread.
Spread mixed fruit jam over the butter layer.
Gently roll the bread tightly from one end to form a log.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 10ā15 minutes for neat slicing.
Cut each roll into equal pinwheel slices.
Serve fresh or pack for tiffin.
