Raw Banana & Paneer Stuffed Paratha (Jain Paryushan Special)

Ingredients:
For the dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
Pinch of salt
Water as needed
For the stuffing:
2 raw bananas (boiled & mashed)
½ cup paneer (grated)
1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp dry mint powder
Salt to taste
For cooking:
Ghee as required
Method:
Prepare the dough: Combine flour ,oil and salt, add water gradually, and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 15–20 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing: Grate boiled raw bananas, add paneer, dry mango powder, garam masala, dry mint powder, and salt. Mix well.
Roll out a small dough ball, place stuffing in the center, seal edges, and roll gently into a paratha.
Heat a tawa, cook the paratha on both sides with ghee/oil until golden brown.
Enjoy hot with curd, or pickle as part of your Paryushan sattvic meal.
