LOADED NACHOS

Loaded Nachos is a delicious, spicy dish that originates from Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. It features a delightful combination of crispy nacho or tortilla chips topped with cheese sauce, salsa, vegetables, sour cream, guacamole, and more.

Ingredients
30 nacho chips
½ cup cheese sauce
½ cup salsa
¼ cup boiled corn kernels
¼ cup cooked rajma (kidney beans)
½ cup grated cheese
1 tbsp oregano or mixed seasoning
Method
Arrange the nacho chips on a serving plate. Spoon cheese sauce over each chip.
Sprinkle cooked rajma and corn evenly on top.
Add salsa generously over the toppings.
Sprinkle lots of grated cheese and finish with oregano or mixed seasoning.
Serve immediately while warm and cheesy!
