Ingredients:
For dough:

1 ½ cups wheat flour

½ cup beetroot puree

1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

For stuffing:

3 boiled and mashed potatoes

1 tsp green chilli paste

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp chaat masala

Salt to taste

2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Ghee/oil for sautéing pinwheels

Method:

Add salt and oil to the wheat flour and mix well. Knead a medium-soft dough using beetroot puree.

Mix mashed potatoes with salt, green chilli paste, coriander, and chaat masala.

Divide the dough into equal lemon-sized balls. Roll out one ball using dry flour if needed. Spread the potato mixture evenly on the rolled dough.

Roll it tightly from one end like a log.

Cut the roll into slices and gently press each slice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and press lightly.

Heat a skillet, add some oil or ghee, and cook the slices on both sides until golden.
