SPROUTED MOONG AND CHANA DAL WAFFLE

This power-packed waffle, made with sprouted moong and chana dal, is a wholesome, protein-rich twist on a classic favorite. Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong
1/2 cup soaked chana dal
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 green chillies
1″ piece of ginger
6ā8 garlic cloves
1/2 cup rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing
Method:
Grind the sprouted moong along with coriander, green chillies, ginger, and garlic into a smooth paste.
Separately grind the soaked chana dal.
Combine both batters in a bowl.
Add rice flour and salt, then mix and whip the batter for a minute.
Grease and preheat the waffle maker. Pour in the batter and cook until golden and crispy.
Serve hot.
