Ingredients:

1/4 cup hung curd / fresh thick curd / Greek yogurt

1/2 cup muesli

1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 1/4 cup water)

1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 1/2 cup milk)

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp melon seeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp chopped almonds

1 tsp chopped cashew nuts

1 tsp chopped walnuts

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

A few pieces of dragon fruit

A few cherries

Method:

Take your breakfast bowl and spread the curd at the base.

Layer the water-soaked chia seeds over the curd, followed by a layer of muesli.

Add all the seeds and chopped nuts.

Drizzle honey (or maple syrup), then sprinkle cardamom and cinnamon powder.

Top with the milk-soaked chia seeds.

Finish with fresh fruit toppings.
