LEFTOVER ROTI SANDWICH

LEFTOVER ROTI SANDWICH

Sandwich is a favorite dish of everyone. Although it is an international dish, it is quite popular in our country and is made in many different ways.

Sandwiches are usually made with bread, which is not very healthy.
Today, I made a sandwich using leftover roti, which is not only tasty and healthy but also a great way to use up leftover rotis.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:
4 rotis

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp green chutney

1 small potato (boiled and sliced)

1 small tomato (sliced)

1 small cucumber (sliced)

1 small onion (sliced)

1 tsp chaat masala

1 cup grated cheese

1 tsp pizza seasoning (optional)

Method:
Spread butter and green chutney on the rotis.

Now, on three of the rotis, place:

sliced potato on one,

sliced onion on the second,

sliced cucumber and tomato on the third.

Sprinkle grated cheese on all three rotis and a little chaat masala on top.

Stack the rotis one over the other and cover with the fourth roti on top to close the sandwich.

Heat a pan, apply some butter, and place the prepared roti sandwich on it. Toast it on low flame.

After one side is toasted, carefully flip and toast the other side.

Once well toasted, remove to a plate, sprinkle some more grated cheese and pizza seasoning on top.

Serve hot.
