SATTU PEANUT THANDAI LADOOS

India is a vast and diverse country, comprising many states, each with its unique culture and traditions. Indian culture is renowned for its rich heritage, vibrant festivals, and diverse traditions. Festival celebrations are incomplete without food; in fact, food plays a central role in these festivities. Each celebration has its specific festive food.
Holi celebrations, for instance, are incomplete without traditional delicacies like Gujiya, Thandai, Bhaang, Kanji, and various chaat items. As a health-conscious individual, I also like to prepare healthy festive food options. This time, I prepared Sattu Peanut Ladoos for my diabetic and sweet-tooth husband. To give it a festive touch, I added Thandai powder. These protein-rich, no-cook ladoos are not only healthy but also delicious.
