GRILLED PINEAPPLE

Ingredients:
– 8 slices of canned pineapple
– 1 teaspoon black salt
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon chaat masala
– 1 tablespoon powdered sugar/honey
– 1/2 lemon
– 1 tablespoon butter
Method:
1. Mix all spices, add lemon juice, and mix well.
2. Smear this mixture onto pineapple slices and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan with butter, place marinated pineapple slices, and grill-cook from both sides.
