Roti Pizza

Roti Pizza is a fusion twist on traditional pizza. Roti, or leftover roti, is used as a pizza base instead of traditional pizza dough. In this pizza, roti is topped with pizza sauce, various toppings, and cheese. Here, I’ve added a unique twist by cutting the roti into a ring shape and adding cheese between two rotis.

_Preparation Time:_ 5 minutes
_Cooking Time:_ 10 minutes
_Makes:_ 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
– 4 rotis
– 1/4 cup pizza sauce
– 1/4 cup grated cheese
– 1 tablespoon chopped onion
– 1 tablespoon chopped capsicum
– 1 tablespoon boiled corn
– 1 tablespoon chopped olives
– Pizza seasoning, as required
– Red chili flakes, as required
– Few basil leaves
Method:
1. Cut all rotis from the center to create a ring shape using a cookie cutter. Then, lightly dry roast all rotis.
2. Take one roti, spread cheese, and cover with another roti. Spread pizza sauce, add toppings, and sprinkle cheese.
3. Place the prepared pizza in a heated pan, cover, and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
4. Once cooked, sprinkle seasonings and tear a few basil leaves.
5. Our healthy pizza is ready.
