GOOSEBERRY SESAME SEEDS LADOO (AMLA TIL LADOO)

Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, is a super healthy fruit that is abundantly available during winter. Indian gooseberry is a rich source of vitamin C, iron, fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and antioxidants. These nutrients make amla a super nutritious fruit that we should consume more in any form we like. Sesame seeds, as we know, are rich in calcium and iron. Here, I have prepared ladoos using amla and sesame seeds as key ingredients.
