CURRY LEAVES PARATHA

We all are very well known of these calcium rich curry leaves, we majorly use it in dal, kadhi & in tempering. Curry leaves are one of my favourite ingredients and always available in my kitchen. Aroma & flavour of tender curry leaves & it’s lots of health benefits are main reason of my curry leaves love.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4 persons

Ingredients:
2.5 cups wheat flour
1.5 cups curry leaves puree
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Ghee for cooking paratha

Method:

  1. Knead medium hard dough by adding oil,salt & curry leaves puree. Add water if needed.
  2. Divide dough in equal parts. Take one part, roll small circle, apply oil & sprinkle some dry flour, fold it in half twice to make a triangle. Then roll it again in triangle paratha.
  3. Now cook from both sides by adding ghee in preheat skillet.
  4. Serve hot with any vegetable or curry.

Note:

  1. Use tender curry leaves to make puree.
