COFFEE SMOOTHIE

A smoothie is a drink made by pureeing fruit and vegetables along with milk , yogurt, ice creams. Additionally sweetners, seeds, chocolate etc. can be added as per your choice. For vegan options non dairy products are used. History says that first smoothie was made in the United States in 1930.
Today, I have prepared a delicious and healthy smoothie which is perfect for not only breakfast but also a good option for an evening snack. It contains coffee, banana, almond powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey amd milk.

Preparation time: 3 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 persons
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coffee
2 cup milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond powder
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
Method:
- Heat two cups of water in a pan, add coffee. Dilute well amd turn off the heat. Let it cool, transfer it in ice tray and place it in a freezer. Once it freezes, remove coffee cubes.
- Now in a mixer jar add eight coffee cubes along with rest ingredients and blend it.
- Chill it in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled with your choice of nuts or toppings.
