JELLY SORBET

Jiggly & wobbly jelly is definitely one of the favourites of kids but it is also loved by elders. Jelly is used in various desserts and can also be enjoyed alone. Sorbet is a frozen dessert and usually dairy free and they are perfect thirst quencher.
Today, I have experimented something new for this summer and it turned out good.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 4-5 hours
Process time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4 persons

Ingredients:
1 packet strawberry jelly
1 cup milk

Method:

  1. Prepare jelly as per instructions and let it set.
  2. Once jelly is set, transfer it to a blender, add milk and blend it.
  3. Transfer this into a freezer safe container and place it into a deep freeze for 2–3 hours or until it is set.
  4. Once it is set, remove it from deep freeze, break into pieces and transfer into blender and blend it.
  5. Scoop out and serve immediately.
