BASIL PESTO BITES

Healthy , quick and delicious snacks are choice of everyone who are health conscious and aware of their diet. In this era of junk food we should try to prepare vegan,healthy yet delicious food for our family.
Today, I have prepared easy peasy, no fire snack which can be prepared in few minutes and elevates the taste of bites to next level.

Preparation time: 10
minutes
Assemble time: 5 minutes
Makes : 4 bites

Ingredients:
4 tbsp basil pesto
4 tbsp wheat bites (small size khakhra)
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano seasoning
Few basil leaves

Method:

  1. Spread basil pesto in wheat chips.
  2. Add onion and both bell peppers.
  3. Add crumbled feta cheese , red chilli flakes and oregano seasoning.
  4. Put some basil leaves.
  5. Enjoy healthy and quick bites immediately.

Note:

  1. You can replace feta cheese with cottage cheese (paneer) or Tofu.
