MANGOMISU

Mangomisu or Mango Tiramisu is a fruity and twisted version of popular Italian dessert tiramisu. Summer not only brings scorching heat but it also brings luscious and delicious Mangoes. Mangoes, the king of fruit, are available in abundance, so mango desserts are better choice. Mangomisu is a quick , easy and delicious dessert option to relish mangoes.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Setting time: 4 hours
Serves : 4 persons
Ingredients:
200 grams fresh cottage cheese
200 ml fresh cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 packets hide n seek biscuits
1 tbsp coffee
1/2 cup mango puree
1/2 cup mango dices
Method:
- Crumble or grate cottage cheese, add cream and sugar, mix well. Now divide this mixture into two parts. In one part add mango puree and mix well.
- Dilute coffee in 1/2 cup warm water.
- Take 4 serving glasses. Dip biscuit in coffee water and place it in the glass.
- Add plain cottage cheese mixture then again place biscuit (soak in coffee water at the time if placing only). Then put some mango dices.
- Now again place biscuit and add mango puree mixture.
- Lastly place biscuit and then add plain cottage cheese mixture. Garnish with mango dices.
- Place this glasses in refrigerator to set for few hours.
- Serve chilled.
