MULBERRY MINT COOLERMulberry is a fast growing, short lived, deciduous tree, can grow in wild and also cultivated in many warm temperate and subtropical world regions. There are more than 200 species identified but best known are white, red and black mulberries. They are native to temperate Asia and North America. Mulberry plants are important as food for silkworms. In 1984, the city adminstration of Tuscon, Arizona banned the planting of mulberry trees as the amount of pollen produced by the tree was harmful for humans.
Mulberries are rich in many vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin-C and iron. It also contains vitamin – K1, E and potassium. Mulberries are finely high in water and low in calories. It also contains several plant compounds.
These nutrients of mulberried help to lower cholesterol levels, helps in preventing fatty liver disease and improve blood sugar control. Though mulberry allergy is rare but peole sensitive to pollen may have allergic reactions.

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Salt to tasteMethod :1. Wash mulberries and mint leaves.2. In a mixer jar add mulberries and mint leaves.3. Add sugar and salt.4. Blend it well.5. Add ice cubes and water and blend again.6. Strain the juice.7. Serve chilled.Note:
