HARA BHARA TARTS

The year 2020 has been of many nee experiences. The Corona virus gave us the disease called Cocid-19 and it has changed our life and many ‘new normals’ have entered in our life.
As we are restricted to many daily activities, kitchen experiments have incresed. Many new recipe tried and in this experiments there was sucess as well as disasters. Not all the experiments get sucessful, right? In this phase , cravings for making something new increased and in result surfing and searching also increased.
Today’s recipe is result of such surfing and searching, of course with many changes. Our favourite starter Hara Bhara Kebabs are in a new avatar. It’s not fried , it’s baked and loaded with cheese.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Serves : 2 persons

Ingredients:

Grind into paste:
1/2 cup blanched spinach
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped french beans
Salt to taste
For tarts:
1.5 cup boiled and mashed potato
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup grated cottage cheese ( paneer )
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
For filling:
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup mozerella cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp oregano
1 tsp red chilli flakes or powder
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients of tarts along with green paste and mix well.

2. Now divide in equal parts and make balls. Grease muffin tray and put one ball in each cavity.

3.Now press with greased hand and make tart like shape.

4. Bake this for 10-15 minutes on 170℃ in a preheated oven.

5. Mix all the ingredients of filling with light hand.

6. Now fill it in the baked tarts. And bake again for 5 minutes on 180℃ . You can bake more if tou love melted cheese.

7. Relish it.

Note:
1. Can add boiled corn, coloured bell peppers too.
