JAMUN SANDESH

Jamun, Jambu, Java plum, Black plum whatever we called them, they are native to India & surrounding countries Nepal, Pakistan & Sri Lanka.
Jamun is a very good source of carotene, iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus & sodium. It has high levels of antioxidants & vitamin C .
It’s health benefits are as we all know, is good for diabetics. It strengthens bones, improves immunity, treats hypertension, helps increase haemoglobin count, treat infections & also has a anti cancer property. Though it may cause constipation & gas .
My love for Jamun encouraged me to do experiments with Jamun. It is also called “Fruit of God “. This healthy combination of two of my favourite ingredients is sweet gift for my sweet tooth family. Specially my diabetic hubby🙂
