BLACK GRAM PANEER PANIYARAMS

This power packed appes/paniyarams contain black gram ( whole udad ) & paneer as key ingredients. Instead of trying I made it in Appe pan so it is more healthier option for snack & breakfast.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2 persons

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soaked & pressure cooked black gram
1/4 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup semolina
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp coarsely grinded black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Method:
1. Grind cooked black gram in paste. Add paneer, semolina and coriander ,mix well.

2. Add onions,pepper and salt, mix well.

3. Now with wet hand make small balls out of it.

4. Grease paniyaram maker & fill it’s cavities with prepared balls. Add drops of oil. Cover it & let it cook.

After one side is cooked, flip all Appes, add oil, cover & let it cook.

5. Serve hot with tea, coffee, ketchup or chutney.

Note:
1. Can add your choice of spices.
