SPICED BANANA ( ZERO OIL RECIPE )

Banana is full of Potassium & water. It helps in improving digestive health. Bananas are rich in fiber, antioxidants & several nutrients . A medium sized banana contains about 105 calories.
We consume bananas in various ways. In fact, each part of banana tree is used as food. Still major use of raw & ripe bananas are preferred by people , as it is available easily.
Ripe bananas are consumed as fruit, in dessert , salads & vegetables. Here I have made spiced banana using zero oil which can be consumed as vegetable or condiment.

Resting time: 4 hours
Servings: 4 persons

Ingredients:
4 bananas ( ripe & medium sized )
2 tbsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Peel off bananas & cut into slices.
2. Add sugar , red chilli powder & salt , mix well & cover it.

3. Stir it every half an hour.

4. After 3-4 hours it will be ready with nice thick gravy.

5. Relish it with meals.
Note:
1. Properly riped bananas are preferable.
2. You can adjust red chilli powder & sugar as per your taste.
