As pakodas ( fritters ) are essential 😜 in Monsoon, these tangy ginger must be compulsory in our meals. In monsoon our digestive system becomes slow & have a craving to eat every now & then. This easy & quick recipe of ginger helps very much in digestion. So along with routine meal we should include it.

Preparation time :10 minutes

Cooking time : —

Serving : 4 persons

Ingredients:

50 grams fresh & tender ginger
1 big lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Wash ginger properly & peel it, if any.
2. Chop it in small, thin slices.
3. Add lemon juice, salt & mix well.
4. Serve with meals. Store it in refrigerator.

Note:
1. Can adjust quantity of lemon as per your taste.
