CARROT- FENUGREEK BITES

Starter ,bites, snacks served in major parties. Most of starters are fried & we avoid or consume less fried items as they are not health friendly. When we are arranging a party at home, we should be careful in choosing items.
In winter, carrots, fenugreek leaves are available and they are healthy too so when they are available fresh & nice we should consume more. Here I made bites which contain super food-oats ,super healthy carrots along with fenugreek leaves & other vegetables & it is non fried too.
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 finely chopped carrot
1 finely chopped small potato
1 finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp cooking soda
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients except oil & keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat greased paniyaram ( appe pan ) & fill the cavities with prepared batter.

3. Cover it & let it cook on slow flame. Once it is cooked, flip all appes & add few drops of oil & cover again & let it cook.

4. Once cook from both side, serve hot with tea,coffee or chutney, ketchup.

Note:

1. Can add sugar & lemon juice.
