CHILLI POPPERS

Chilli poppers are the best option for a party snack or a starter. Whether it is chilly winter evenings or it is rainy evening these cheesy poppers with any dip can replace & satisfy your pakora cravings.
Ingredients:
6 fresh green peppers ( bhavnagari green Mirch or Jalapeños )
1 cup grated paneer
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp boiled corn kernels
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except mozzarella cheese.
2. Cut chillies half in lengthwise and remove seeds.
3. Fill these chillies with the prepared mixture.
4. Top these stuffed chillies with mozzarella cheese.
5. Place all prepared chillies in a greased baking tray. Bake it on 200℃ for 15-20 minutes till cheese melts & gets a little brown.

6. Serve with any dip of your choice or relish as it is.
Note:
1. Can add red, yellow bell peppers, olives etc.
