MANGO RICE PUDDING / MANGO KHEER

Kheer, firni, rice pudding is known name for all of us. It is made from rice & milk. Here I have added riped mango to give twist to regular kheer.

Ingredients:

3 cup milk
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup mango chunks
3 tbsp sugar

Method:

1. In a thick bottom pan, add milk & sugar & bring it to boil.

2. Once it starts boiling, add rice, mix well. After 2-3 minutes, slow down flame & cook till it thickens. Stir time to time.

3. Now turn off the flame & let it cool .

4. Once it comes to room temperature, add mango pulp & chunks. Mix well.

5. Keep it in refrigerator for few hours to chill.
6. Serve chilled.

Note:
1. You can add dryfruit if you wish.
