PANEER CHAAT

We all are aware of Paneer ( cottage cheese ) & it’s health benefits & nutritional value. We use paneer in various dishes , from starter to dessert, so I m not going to check the list of it’s dishes & directly jump over to this delicious & filling chaat – a starter can turned in mini meal, actually healthy meal too.

Ingredients:
1 cup paneer dices
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
3 tbsp bhujiya sev
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
1. Mix cornflour in paneer dices with light hand & properly to cover the paneer with flour.

2. In a nonstick pan , heat little oil & shallow fry paneer dices from all sides on slow flame. Transfer it in tissue lined plate.



3. Now ina bowl, add onion, tomato, green chillies, chat masala, & cumin powder, mix well. Add fried paneer & mix with light hand.


4. Now add bhujiya sev, coriander, salt , lemon juice & mix well. Spare some bhujiya & coriander for garnish.

5. Garnish with bhujiya sev & coriander & serve.

Note:
1. Can use any other spicy sev instead of bhujiya.
