PEANUTS BREAD

This spicy & yummy dish is speciality of Jamnagar(Gujarat). Gujaratis & food are made for each other. Jamnagar people use peanuts very often in most of their dishes. This recipe’s key ingredients are spiced peanuts & buns along with various chutneys. Let us go through recipe of this spicy & delicious as well as popular street food of Jamnagar.

Ingredients:
2 buns
1/2 cup spiced peanuts
1 finely chopped onion
4 tbsp dates chutney
2 tbsp coriander chutney
1 tbsp garlic chutney
4 cups mint leaves water ( spicy & sour)
Coriander for garnish

Method:
1. Dilute all 3 chutneys by adding little water.
2. Cut buns into pieces.

3. Dip these pieces in mint water & arrange on plate.

4. Pour all chutneys over these pieces.
5. Lastly , add onions & peanuts. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately.

Note:
1. Can use tamarind water( spicy) instead of mint leaves water.
