SPAGHETTI

Spaghetti is long, thin & cylindrical & is a staple food in traditional Italian Cuisine. It is boiled & used with different gravies , sauces & vegetables. Here I have made spaghetti in pink sauce that is red + white sauce together.

Ingredients:
12-15 sticks of spaghetti
1 onion finely chopped
5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup tomato purée
1 tbsp green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp olives chopped
1 tbsp jalapeño
1 tbsp finely chopped Basil
1 tsp finely chopped Parsley
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup white sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
1. In a large broad pan , add water ,salt & few drops of oil & bring it to boil & spaghetti & cook.
2. Heat oil in non stick pan, saute onion garlic for few seconds then add green chillies too & saute for a while & add tomato purée, red chilli powder & salt.
3. Cook it for 2-3 minutes , then turn the heat on simmer & gradually add white sauce , keep stirring & mixing . Once both sauces Incorporated well, add fresh herbs, olives & jalapeño, mix well.
4. Lastly add spaghetti, mix well & serve hot.
Note:
1. You can add cheese & vegetables.
2. Can add your choice of fresh herbs as well as dry herbs too.
