SPINACH SPLIT BEAN FRITTERS

Monsoon brings cravings of Pakodas with it. Even if it is drizzling, order for pakodas come from family members. Am I right? Here are crunchy fritters with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup soaked split yellow dal
10 spinach leaves ( washed & dried)
7-8 cloves garlic
2-3 green chillies
1″ piece ginger
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Chat masala for sprinkle.

Method:
1. Grind soaked moong dal along with garlic, chillies & ginger. Add salt & put aside.
2. Now heat oil, carefully cover spinach leaf with prepared mung dal batter. Use spatula to cover it.
3. Deep fry it from both sides.
4. Sprinkle chat masala & serve hot with chutney or ketchup .

Note:
1. For jain version don’t use garlic.
2. Can grind some coriander with dal.
