BLACK GRAM-KODRI KEBABS

Kebabs are favourite in any party. Now a days , shallow fried kebabs are invited by everyone because of health.
These kebabs have black gram & white millets (kodri) as key ingredients which make these kebabs more healthy. Protein rich black grams & gluten free white millets make this kebab diabetic friendly too.

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked kodri (white millets)
1 cup boiled black gram
1/4 cup powdered oats
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp green chilly paste
1 tbsp lemon juice.
Oil for shallow frying
Salt to taste
Chat masala for sprinkle.
Method:
1. Grind boiled black gram in paste.
2. Now mix rest of ingredients and make dough like mixture.
3. Make kebabs out of it.
4. Shallow fry it, sprinkle chat masala.
5. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.

Note:
1. Can add chopped fresh mint leaves.
2. Can replace lemon juice with dry mango powder.
