CRISPY RICE

We all should make something new from leftover food instead of wasting it. From leftover rice I used to make, Thepla, Tikkis, Chilla, dumplings , crispy rice & many more.
Here I made crispy rice from leftover rice.

Ingredients:
1 cup leftover steamed rice
Oil for frying
For seasoning:
Red chilli powder
Salt.

Method:
1. Spread rice on a plastic sheet & put it in sunlight.
2. Let it dry completely, it may take one day, depends on how strong sunlight is.
3. When it dries completely, deep fry it in hot oil, season it with salt & chilli powder.
Note:
1. Once dried you can store it & when need fry it.
