ROTI KEBABS

As I have said it many times before, I am against the wastage of food.
There is always some leftover food in everyone’s home. I always try to use the leftover food in various ways of making it tastier. We can make many dishes from the leftover rotis.

One more is here. ROTI KEBABS from leftover Roti’s.

Ingredients:
6 leftover Roti’s
onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 cup coriander finely chopped
3 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste.

Method:
1. Soak rotis in water for minute & drain out. Press rotis with hands so that excess water drains out.
2. Add all the ingredients & mix well to form dough.
3. Now make kebabs out of it & shallow fry from both sides using little oil, till it becomes crispy.
4. Serve hot with chutney , ketchup or tea.

Note:
1. Can add other vegetables too.
