TWISTED TIRAMISU

Tiramisu is a coffee flavoured Italian Dessert. It’s key ingredients are lady fingers biscuits ( savoiardi ) & mascarpone cheese.
Here I replaced mascarpone with fresh paneer & savoiardi with Hide & Seek coffee biscuits.
Secondly, we know about chena, paneer & Bengali sweets. Major Bengali sweets have paneer as key ingredient & sweet from paneer means Bengali sweets like rosgolla, cham-cham, sandesh, payesh & list goes on. Here I made yummy dessert using fresh home made chena. I’ve made Tiramisu like dessert by giving a twist in key ingredient. So presenting Twisted Tiramisu… I am sure you all love it, as it is very easy, quick & yummy.

Ingredients:
200 ml. Fresh cream( I’ve used Amul cream)
300 gm. Paneer ( preferably home made & fresh)
2 packets hide & seek biscuits
2 tbsp powdered sugar ( adjust as per your taste)
1 tbsp coffee

Method:
1. Crumble or grate paneer & add cream, sugar & mix well.
2. Dilute coffee in warm water.
3. Now dip biscuits in coffee water & make layer of it. Spread paneer cream mixture over it. Again make biscuits layer than paneer cream mixture.
4. Lastly sprinkle coffee powder on top.
5. Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
6. Served chilled.
Note:
1. If you like more bitter taste, sprinkle coffee in every layer.
