RED CHILLY TURMERIC CHUTNEY

Winter has started, weather is becoming cool day by day. Winter special veggies are in market now. Fresh Red Chillies, Haldar (turmeric), Amba Haldar. With these 3 ingredients, I have made this chutney which can be consumed with meals and snacks.

INGREDIENTS

3-4 Fresh Red Chillies

1 big fresh Haldar Root

1 big fresh Amba Haldar Root

1 Lemon

Salt to Taste.

METHOD

1. Wash Chillies and remove seeds and stalk.

2. Wash, peel and chop Haldar and Amba Haldar roots.

3. Now grind them together, add salt and lemon.

NOTES:

1.Can add Jaggery/Sugar

2. Can also add fresh Coriander and Garlic.
